C the World was founded by Courtnee Conway, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with specialized training in early intervention and ADOS-2 diagnostic assessments. Courtnee entered the field asking the tough questions about why interventions are chosen and how they actually serve the child long-term.
As a Black provider, Courtnee built this practice to address a severe gap in representation and trust within autism care. She speaks directly and transparently with parents, treating caregivers as the true experts on their own children.
